ANNOUNCEMENT ON SALES POLICY & NVCHARGE EV CHARGING STATION PARTNERSHIP

Nova Energy is pleased to introduce the official sales and cooperation policy for NVCharge electric vehicle charging stations – a smart, safe, and efficient charging solution tailored for modern business models.


I. SALES POLICY

1. Commercial Purchase

Customers may purchase NVCharge charging stations directly, including full equipment, management software, and official after-sales service from Nova Energy.

2. Flexible Installment Purchase

  • Pay 50% of the station value upon contract signing.

  • The remaining 50% is payable within 24 months with a preferential interest rate of only 8% per year.

This plan allows customers to easily invest in and scale their charging network at a reasonable cost.


II. SITE PARTNERSHIP POLICY

Nova Energy invites individuals, organizations, and property owners to collaborate in developing the nationwide NVCharge charging network.

Cooperation Model

  • Nova Energy: Invests in chargers, equipment, and management systems.

  • Partner (site owner): Provides installation space and receives 300 VND/kWh revenue share.

Cooperation Term: Minimum 05 years.
Legal Requirements: Site must have land title classified as commercial/service land (TMDV), residential land, or transportation–service land (bus stations, rest stops, parking areas…).
Power Requirements: Available 3-phase power or willingness to install 3-phase supply.


III. REFERRAL COMMISSION POLICY

Site partnership referral 2% per charger For partners whose site meets Nova Energy’s cooperation requirements
Installment customer (50% upfront) 3% per charger Commission paid after the customer completes the first payment
Full purchase customer (100%) 5% per charger Commission paid after contract signing and completion of the first acceptance phase

Additional Sales Bonus

  • 11–20 units: +0.5% per unit (applied from unit 11)

  • >20 units: +2% per unit (applied from unit 21)


IV. SUITABLE SITE CONDITIONS

  • Located in densely populated areas with convenient traffic and spacious layout.

  • Street frontage ≥ 5m with car access.

  • Priority for locations equipped with solar systems (Solar) or battery storage (BESS).

Suitable Business Models

  • Coffee shops

  • Auto garages or repair centers

  • Hotels, motels, lodging facilities

  • Apartments, parking lots, private houses with street frontage


V. PRIORITY DEPLOYMENT AREAS

Hanoi – Ho Chi Minh City – Da Nang – Hai Phong – Can Tho – Bac Ninh – Hue – Quang Ninh – Dong Nai.
